What Is Your Cam Expert All About?
When we started Your Cam Expert we had one simple idea. Create a resource for anyone who wants to take the perfect photograph or video even if they are walking or running or if they just want to use a drone to capture that unique perspective. I know I found all of the different types and brands of stabilizers out there very confusing and so we wanted to share our knowledge and experience to make things easier for others.
It all began in 2017 … It started out as a way to share our knowledge and experience with anyone that was interested in camera stabilizers. It has now grown into a site that undertakes in-depth reviews of the latest offerings of these types of devices as well as articles about the best way to use them to get the perfect shot.
Our mission is to help everyone from beginners to the more experienced by arming you with the knowledge and information you need to make the right choices.
Important Please Read
Our mission is to help you select the right stabilizer. We do not have any affiliation with any brand of stabilizer but rather scour the internet for the best and most trusted places to purchase that gear from.
We have found that the Amazon store is one of the best places to purchase photography gear because of price, ease of shipping and most importantly you know that your purchase is secure. However, if you do purchase using the links from our site we do receive a small commission that doesn’t affect the price you pay in any way. This then allows us to invest in even deeper more comprehensive reviews of the latest stabilizers which hopefully will, in turn, benefit the community that uses this site.
Finally, we appreciate you visiting our site and hope that it has been valuable and useful to you.
About John Lochert
I’m John Lochert the guy behind Your Cam Expert. What started out as a passion for photography and videography quickly turned into an obsession to research all types of cameras and video gear. I started this site to help others learn more about stabilizers and gimbals so that they could enjoy “jitter-free” photography. I have been amazed at how quickly this site has grown and so I am looking forward to sharing more great information about this popular topic.
